How very true Shannon. De-forestation of the amazon and other forests all over the world not only leads to destruction of natural habitats for animals but then exposes the land to erosion which further destroys the eco-system. That's only one of many many destructive practices that are taking place all over the world.
Soil erosion is another terrible thing we have done. I read an article the other day that said, even though it's not talked about, soil erosion is one of the worst, most dangerous things we have done.
This is a fascinating and educational presentation of directions for the development of our mental representation of the diverse aspects of life.
It helps teach us to think deeper, ask, analyze and find interactive relationships.
Yes I agree Forrest. Very scary stuff and it's only going to get scarier as time marches on in this mad, mad world of ours which we are destroying at a phenominal rate!
I will check out those two Shannon. I'm familiar with Skinwalker Ranch already but don't know about Blind Frog Ranch; I'll have to check it out.
If you find him interesting, you should check out Travis Taylor and Luis Elizondo. UFO's and extraterrestrials are some of my favorite things to research.
Another couple of things that might interest you are Skinwalker Ranch and Blind Frog Ranch.
When I read this what I see is the inevitable outcome of Big Brother as depicted by George Orwell, taking over society and everything else. In a biblical reference I see the Mark of The Beast; can't buy or sell without the mark; or in this case the digital equivalent of that. The world truly is headed for Armageddeon or the Tribulation, faster and faster. Scary stuff if you ask me.
This is an excellant article on this subject. As a sufferer of fibromyalgia I can tell you for sure that the points given here are right on track. The most devastating (to me anyway), is the overall body pain that makes you feel like you are burning up but there is no fire and no heat (except the apparent heat that you feel) and sometimes it's accompanied by a very irritating itch feeling. I think for most people it's very hard to describe.
What a horrible legacy in my opinion. It's utterly fascinating to me how some legends
get started and then get propagated throughout history. With each propagation the
story gets changed a little bit until it's nothing like the original premise.
I guess that back in those days there wasn't anything that was politically correct. Even though he had to ensure that his dynasty would last, that is a rough way to mete out justice.
